What is a boycott?
A boycott is a non-violent refusal to buy products or services. Courts have recognized boycotts as having First-Amendment protection if their goal is to influence political and social change.
Boycott MAGA NM does not stipulate any allegiance or code. Its charter does not implement any purity tests. We recognize that it is not always feasible or practical to participate in a complete boycott of goods or services; we instead call on concerned New Mexico residents to use their judgement to make informed decisions.
